A stunning triplex detached villa with it's own large Roman style private swimming pool. This villa has wonderful views over the Ovacik valley and surrounding mountains. More Pictures on the Property Info and Gallery pages and also at photos.thisvillaturkey.com Built over 3 floors with the top floor being used as the master bedroom with it's own en-suite bathroom and a balcony overlooking the pool. The large open plan lounge /dining area on the ground floor is overlooked by the raised kitchen which is fully fitted. Wrap round windows and patio doors lead you out to the large pool and give you views over the Ovacik valley and onwards to Oludeniz. Two additional bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms occupy the first floor. There is also a large shared terrace on the first floor together with an additional balcony off of the 1st floor twin bedroom. Location Ovacik is a popular destination situated between the Harbour town of Fethiye and the famous blue lagoon beach and town of Olu Deniz. The closest airport to the resort is Dalaman with transfers from Dalaman airport to Ovacik taking around 1 hour. Transfers can be arranged on your behalf if required. The villa is located on a quiet mountainside with spectacular views but ideal and central to Ovacik (1k), lively Hisaronu (2.5k), Olu Deniz (5k) and Fethiye (8k) Dalaman Airport (55k).

One of twelve on the plot, this villa is fully furnished and comes with all modern appliances and your very own large Roman style pool and built in BBQ on the terrace area. Each of the 3 bedrooms have en-suite bathroom facilities.
This Villa is situated within 10 minute walk to the centre of Ovacik (1k) where there are a great many Hotels, bars and restaurants and around 20 minutes walk from the centre of Hisaronu which is ideal for those who wish to relax all day and then enjoy the towns vibrant atmosphere in the evening providing visitors with something for everyone. There are also various restaurants and hotels in close proximity to the villa. From Ovacik you can take a Dolmus (mini bus) to Fethiye, Olu Deniz and Hisaronu. There is also a button mounted to a Pylon just a few yards from the villa (Summer season May- October) where, if pressed, a taxi will come to collect you.
Villa guests have use of the large private swimming pool. There is plenty of space to sunbathe, 6 sun beds are provided and can be used either by the pool or on the partly shaded sun terrace of the Villa which overlooks the pool. A rattan dining table with 6 chairs is also provided for alfresco dining in comfort so that you can take in the tremendous mountain views. There are also additional chairs for wet seating around the pool area. This Villa was built in 2010 and in pristine condition and should have all you need for your stay. It has an open plan lounge/diner leading onto a part shaded sun terrace area facing the large private pool. The property comprises of two 1st floor double sized bedrooms and a further large master bedroom on the second floor, all of which are tastefully furnished and have en suite bathroom facilities. There is plenty of storage space available in each of the rooms. One of 1st floor bedrooms has a king size bed and the other has two single beds. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a single sofa bed if required. All bedrooms have their own balconies with stunning mountain views.
All rooms have air conditioning units. A Safety Deposit Box is supplied for guest use.
The villa has an alarm system which is simply "armed", "disarmed" with a fob supplied to our guests. A cold water dispenser is also supplied for guests convenience. You may need to change the bottle during your stay. These can be purchased at the local store (5 minute walk) at minimal cost. You need to provide the empty bottle which you simply lift from its mounting on top of the cooler. The 10 litre water bottles cost around 15 TL (£1.90) as long as you return the empty bottle. You can ask at the local shops for a replacement which they will deliver to the villa for you along with additional items of shopping you buy. Bath towels and bedding are supplied. A maid service operates and there is a regular linen change. Please bring your own beach towels.
The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and gas hob, large fridge freezer and microwave oven. All other appliances that you will need for your stay are here. A washing machine and dish washer are also provided. There is a TV which is connected to an IPTV service with thousands of channels to connect to and an ipod dock. Please be aware that the property is situated in mountain foothills and is therefore accessed via quite a steep incline. Please refer to the photograph of the front of the villa which will give an idea of the gradient of the hill. A 10 minute walk down to the centre of Ovacik should not present any problem but you may want to consider a Taxi or similar when returning in the heat of summer. A taxi to/from the centre of Ovacik is around 30TL (£4.00 approx).
